What kind of person doesn't know that there are many different types of "white people"? In America, of all places? You can't walk several steps without encountering many variants of "white people". If you want to look at it from a purely scientific point of view, those with lower IQs naturally deviated towards groups of other like-minded stupid people, which of course made survival that much more difficult for them in purely evolutionary terms as it's been well established that being part of a group with shared resources is much less likely to insure successful survival than those smart people who decided to go it alone.

Why is that those who are so concerned about passing on their bloodline always look like such genetic disasters? Is it some deep yearning that you can't explain that is, much like sunken fish eyes, a product of many generations of inbreeding? I think it's nice that he's at least honest in that he is "trained" as a Historian as opposed to actually being competent, or even qualified, as it seems he's got his entire notion of Chivalry and Chivalric Orders from popular Romances as opposed to actual historical record, which is pretty bleak, dismal and doesn't paint them in a hugely positive light, assuming you see "being of benefit to society and the advancement of humanity" as a positive, of course, which I'm not sure he does.

They literally haven't thought that far ahead. I imagine it's like Galt's Gulch or whatever where everything is perfect and everything is plenty somehow and food magically appears and they can get on with their lives doing amazing, inventive things rather than the reality of them toiling in fields or dying of dysentery due to nobody having any idea how to make effective water sanitation systems etc.

The Drow are weird. I used to be a D&D nerd and it always seemed to me that they were specifically designed to push the buttons of reactionary nerds given that virtually everything they're associated with is considered detrimental to the 'traditional' way of doing things. They're known for their miscegenation (often with demons or other 'impure' races), are a matriarchal society where men are literally considered chattel and often build societies where non-Drow are considered slaves and have absolutely no rights. You're asking too much of them to actually read the people they're claiming to emulate. Machiavelli, at his heart, was a pragmatist. A pragmatist of his time, which is vastly different from a pragmatist of today, even if the general goals are the same. He wasn't really a cartoonish villain who would twiddle his pencil thin moustache and rub his hands together cackling which I'm guessing is what the DE see in him.

The Prince also has a historical context about when it was written (Machiavelli was trying to get in good with the Medici) and is pretty different in tone to his other works. I guess if you only read The Prince and don't understand why it was written you too can become a petty tyrant, but that's not really what Machiavelli was about, in the wider context of his oeuvre.
