Is the Necromancer as fun and good as it looks? I've watched videos of most of the classes and that one definitely looks like the most fun caster. (Obviously it's not a starter class, but I'll probably beeline for it.)

Someone said this was like Vindictus/PSO; mission-based rather than a real MMO world and that interests me because well-crafted dungeons are one of my favourite parts of MMOs. Is it procedurally-generated like Warframe using tilesets, or is every mission 'hand-made' so to speak?
