The principal religion of the western world centers on parables about a magical socialist, which gave us devout Christians like Reagan, Thatcher and Hitler, and was used to justify things like slavery, witch trials and capitalism. I'm no Qu'ran scholar, but I do know several Muslims who haven't poisoned my crops or run me over, and I have encountered (on the internet, mostly) Christians who propose nuking the middle east away and, hey, remember the Crusades?
