yeah the one time I went to Canada I was very impressed with how nice the bills are. Also $1 and $2 coins make a lot of sense and you've gotten rid of the most useless coin.

For the record, my preferred measures are 100g of corn, 15g mayo, 15g butter, 15g cheese and then pepper and lime to taste.

Edit - you could also use grilled or steamed corn.
