What website/settings are you guys using to distort pictures so much? I've done a few of these but they've mostly been disappointing because the original picture is still clearly visible, just with some dog faces mushed into it. Some of them I see are absolutely crazy though.

I think it's a matter of feeding the output back into the input several times so that it continues exagerrating whatever it saw the first time.

Dreamdeeply.com has some of the best filters, I love the one called "Odd Bot" the best, I'm tired of seeing dogs all the time.

Too bad I can't get these in desktop resolution.
