And we're not talking like a grain of sand, this was a legit piece of crumbled asphalt like the kind you'd find along a busy roadway. Later on we saw the same place listed in a health code violation watchlist for keeping food too low to the ground, which explains the rock. We got the meal free and never went back there again (we still go there). I have a weak stomach for stuff stories like in this thread but I also find it impossible to ignore them.
