Ok for my final pick of the draft The Los Angeles Kings select Coach Jack Capuano He's excellent at forming lines, making his scorers do well, and not impeding his goalies. Probably? It's been proven that average coaches don't have as much a positive effect on their rosters. So that's it. Thanks and good night.

Oh no, now I can't fire a coin toss of a performance from my fake coach in leading my talent. (Wait I can, coaches are the least of a worry for a team) If your team is bad, then an in season change barely would make much of a change. There are radical outliers, but on average the strength of roster dictates the season.
