I've lost 40lbs since Feb, but have stalled for the last month because I ate too many delicious things Gonna start again next week and lose another 20 maybe

I worked out on a consistent basis at the start of the year until May which was around the time the moving started. I haven't had much opportunity to work out between full-time work and getting moved in, but after I get all moved in I'm gonna buckle down and get back to the gym because i enjoyed it quite a bit.

Squeezing time in to workout with a full-time job + commute was a pain, but I eventually got way better about not being wasteful about my time.
