I've noticed this with OPTC as well. I'm happy to spend a couple of bucks on the game but the drop rates are so low, even during rate up events, that it's not paying real money to roll. There's also not much you can do with the gems/jewels so there's little incentive to buy anything at all.

I've done the same as well. The drop rates in this game are terrible and combined with the lovely pull rates, pretty tempted to just move onto another game.

Summoned 12 times for 11 lovely rares and a SR Krillin. This game has the worst rates.

You can actually just quit and come back to it since it saves your data. I still log in to OPTC for the free stuff but it's such a grind to play. There's no point in rolling for characters outside of the Sugofests since the drop rates are even worse than Dokkan Battle.
