I doubt that you'd have been able to kill him if you had tried; as a member of the Chilluminati, Dankhawk had access to the Infinity Nugs, plus the protection of fellow Chilluminati like Blunt Tom Cassidy, Blazing Skull, and the duo of Devil Doobisaur and BC Bud.
