That seems a little excessive. Allowing 5 minutes between sets (which is drat long) and at most 60 seconds to complete a set, that's 25 minutes for one extremely difficult 5x5.

Since I started drinking choco milk for recovery I've started getting cramps and heinous farts, which is weird because normal milk doesn't do that to me. Does this mean I'm not absorbing the nutrients from the choco? I don't mind the farts themselves, they are like funny jokes from my butt.
