I think if you asked this question 20-30 years ago people would have said "There will never be black president." Now we've gotten black, and there's a good chance we will get either Jewish or female next election. (note: I do realize female is not a racial minority)

But who will be last, or never?

I'm going to go with Italian. They make good film directors, but President? not in my America :911:

We will have an atheist president at least twenty years before we have a Muslim president, if we ever have a Muslim president in the US. This country is wildly islamophobic and I don't see that situation changing anytime soon. Atheists will at least be able to get the atheist, agnostic and non-practicing vote, but just about loving everybody in this country hates Muslims.

This was true at least ten years before 9/11 (As a person who grew up outside of Dearborn) and it's still true more than ten years after. In a lot of ways, people are more hateful towards Muslims these days than they were in 2002.
