hmm I guess the definition of a laptop is that it fits on your lap? Is ther surface really the best there is it just needs touch screen. its for simulating a life supporrt machine

it's fr simulating a life support machine or an ECG or something, and it will run mannequin software. it's for resuccitation training. and the ECG machines or whateer are touch screen so simulating them like that makes sense rather than using a mouse
