Judging by the number plate, it's an Allard M1. Only made for two years by a tiny firm in London. You're probably never going to see another one. e: They made just under 500 of them, and apparently Dirk Bogarde drove one. They're little plastic tabs that go on under the wheel nuts. Their job is to make it more obvious if a wheel nut falls off.
