An evil teams list is something built out of careful consideration and they can change weekly. Personally, I try to avoid making a massive list because there are more teams that are fairly just and don't really separate themselves from the others. In terms of just teams, though, there's several teams I would put in the top ten. Texans, Jags and Chargers are definitely there.
