There was a WoD supplement called Blood-Dimmed Tides I picked up at some point and that was the most I knew about Changeling: merfolk and their creepy, creepy love magic. It was all PG-ish, sure, but the implications? Yikes! Years later I learned how young Changeling characters are meant to be. The best part about merfolk is how confused they make the Technocracy.
