I'll keep playing with it and see what can be done. And yeah the omission was enough correct body parts. Actually, I don't think you have to have a bin. What I found very useful was that you just keep all rubbish on top of each other in one corner of the table. Of course, keeping the same organ in the same place would help as well, like this:
