i want the big gamepad battery

there's a game pad battery? That would be extremely nice because pretty much the only bad thing about the Wii u is the pad battery life is like 3 hours, max.

The pro controller is a monster though, I think I beat Bayonetta and Bayonetta 2, and then got halfway through my second playthrough of Bayonetta 2 before the low battery light even came on.

In less than month, you can tuck into bed for the evening and right before you fall asleep play 15 to 30 minutes of what is basically a new Mario game, every night for the rest of your life.

it's not a dealbreaker or anything it's just weird that they're doing that

i dont understand the rationale unless it's to avoid overwhelming new players with ownage items

By doling out the items slowly, theyre trying to get you to experiment with them all

if you open up the editor and are told you just unlocked a wiggler, youre probably gonna try using a wiggler

If you think about it that's kinda how games are made in studios. They start with a fairly simple set of development tools & build some basic stuff and as they get new tools they revisit their previous work. It's actually pretty brilliant

I haven't checked, but are there shy guys in this game? I know they're Mario 2 enemies but I have to imagine they showed up in later games at some point (I seem to recall them in SMW, haven't played NSMB)

GameCube

according to the Mario Wiki, Shy Guys' first chronological and true Mario appearance is in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and its remake Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3, where their name is hyphenated.
