So, if you are choosing cards for the arena, don't leave the app at all. I got a text yesterday while starting the arena, switched out of the game to reply, and when I came back the game had chosen all three cards for me with no way to undo it. Hooray for all my units using blue mana (I still only lost once though  ).

Gem Blossums has several open spots now, if anyone else still needs a guild. Thoughts on the Elf-Eater glory reward card? Doesn't seem too appealing to me, but I feel like I should pick it up anyway just because I don't want to miss out and regret it later.

Especially if there are inactive players who could be booted. There are three players in Gem Blossoms who haven't played in 2 weeks or more, we could clear those slots too. I think the guild leader has to boot them, I'm the next rank down and couldn't find the option.

I cleaned up the Gem Blossoms roster a bit. Three inactive players were removed to make room - Candy Leader, Sterling Archer, and UScr00ge. If I was mistaken and you still want to play, we can re-invite. That makes 7 open slots at the moment. I also promoted a bunch of folks to fill in the higher ranks. Almost everyone can send invites now, so please feel free to do so when someone posts in the thread.

I've been using Jarl Firemantle, he's pretty great. Deals 7 damage and generates 9 red and 9 yellow gems, which almost always cascades into at least a bunch of mana, and often another turn.. Most of the time I run: Hero w/ whatever the torch is that costs yellow and generates red mana Rock Worm (generates brown for himself and for Jarl) Druid (rules) Jarl Firemantle (generates red for himself and yellow to feed back into my hero) Home kingdom is Khaziel for the +2 brown bonus. The Druid is just there for when I can't match brown/red, most of my damage comes from Jarl and Rock Worm. Once I get a few brown/red matches in, the units start feeding each other and I can steamroll most teams. Only problem is that it doesn't use purple mana, but I can't find a suitable replacement for any of the units. I tried Keeper of Souls but he still feels too slow to me.
