A first person shooter, but where you can use a magic sword to travel through time and fight enemies using weapons from the era you find yourself in. Maybe add a bunch of wacky sidekicks so we get some character interaction in there too. Put in enough marketing and you've got a hit!

You have 10 fingers, you need to cut off a finger to save your child. You are also one of the few remaining humans who need to repopulate the planet and you need to carefully balance the finger/child ratio. Crafting and hunting will be very hard if you have no fingers.
