i'm going to try to go to pittsburgh next year for the flyers vs penguins outdoor game. i hope it is a good time for all with no hard feelings no matter who is the victor, because it at least wasn't at beaver stadium

That said, given that it depends on state funds, the state can and does influence operations. But yes, it's a public school.
