If anything, he seems much more willing to compromise and allow things to take their natural course, which indicates that, for all his love of them greenbacks, he knows which way the cookie should crumble. Also, the remix of his leitmotif for Hitagi End is what I use to stretch before exercising.

not sure what you mean. it's not that they didn't know the material. they're just trying to translate her catchphrase so that it has wordplay that makes sense in English. 'puchi/purachina' -> 'a bit/dagnabbit'

Sometimes I think about getting the Blurays of this show in spite of their terrible price so I'll still have them when Crunchyroll loses interest in paying for the streaming license. Can anybody tell me if they're any good? Like, from a technical point of view? I don't care about extras, just the quality of the translation and how well they handle all the onscreen text.

You have to sort your trash and mark your bag with stickers (which you have to purchase separately) based on the type of trash in it. So, they're typically clear so the trash guys can quickly verify the contents match the sticker. If you try to sneak poo poo through, you can get fined.

A bunch of this book was a nightmare to read, because they had fun printing dialogue in literally mirrored font, to reflect (pun intended) the situation. Wonder how they'll deal with that in the adaptation.
