Frank Shamrock did some stupid poo poo at the start where he wanted them to pick up some big weight or something and carry it a distance to show they wanted it bad enough and they all thought he was out of his mind. Then he spent the rest of the season playing golf if I remember right. At least it beats Bisping who seemed to have spent the entire six weeks drinking. I also remember a Matt Hughes season I think where after their fighter won they all went totally nuts in the gym because they were pumped and exhausted themselves
