Ajax were real bad today, even worse than the other tie away. They had like 3 chances including the goal and one of those was completely gifted by the Molde defense while the other was the worst shot I've seen in a while from a promising position. They also made a bazillion shots from outside the box for whatever reason. Molde looked better defensively compared to last game other than the gift-pass and a weak duel to concede, didn't look nearly as threatening as they did the other games though. Might be part down to already being through and only needing a draw to win the group (not even that as it turned out as Fener only drew) but I also think Kamara and Gulbrandsen are a bit poo poo up top contributing to it, as well as being forced into a minute 20 sub in defensive midfield.

I don't know why Tex doesn't get a run in games like this, he has far more creativity than Milner and Henderson and with Coutinho benched it would have been the perfect opportunity.

I gotta say, Rosenborg have to be one of the least dangerous teams in Europe this season. Not based on attacking proficiency, but on conversion rate. The number of terrible/fluffed finishes, goal-line blocks, hits to the crossbar/post and missed/saved penalties has been incredible, especially compared to their meagre goal-tally of 4 so far. Missed another penalty just now.
