There's a couple times in the anime where Zoro calls Sanji by name, I'm pretty sure. Also that SBS is kind of funny because I imagine it wasnt a conscious decision on Oda's part, but then someone made him aware of it, and now if he ever does have Zoro call Sanji by name it'd have to be kind of a Moment.

I think that's part of why that one filler arc where they're stuck in a marine base sticks out so much. It's a funny bit on its own but you also have a great sense of where everyone is on the base and how long it would take them to get somewhere else and what obstacles would be preventing them from getting there.
