It saddens me that the lack of knowledge about ice has caused huge issues in cities like Atlanta. Salt is terrible, a single winter will rust out the bottom of your car. I live in New York and we purposely buy cars from out of the state because they have no rust, and keep them off the roads in the winter to keep them rust free. People drive poo poo rear end clunkers in the winter if they can afford it.
