i think that would be cruel and it'd be mentally distressing for the animal - he'd think it was nighttime 20 times a day

so nah just please make a robot i can turn on and off and throw against the wall when it pisses me off so i can have no guilt

Max is by far the most well-behaved cockatoo I've ever seen (not in this video though). I have no idea how his owner balances a full-time job and his mentally-stunted dinosaur child without one or both falling by the wayside.

More proof that budgies are Best Birds :3: I think getting a good talker is fairly rare, and it has to be a male, but if you want a cool living tape recorder minus the toddler-with-a-weapon-on-his-face thing big parrots have going on, Budgies are a good choice.

Mine could say her own name and it was a female, though, so I don't think it HAS to be a male in order to talk. They're just better at it/more likely to pick it up.

The keas didn't seem to get much coffee. Probably was mostly just sugar and cream. If you watch the video closely the guy clearly drinks his whole coffee before playing with them.

At my old university they were everywhere. The school would block off exits to buildings for parts of the year because geese would take up nesting there and would attack. There was an official website attached to the university's site that tracked the nests.

Most of the time they just hiss at you, but they can get aggressive too.

I always figured the best way to end a goose attack would be to just grab on to its kneck and break it with a good jerk. loving sky rats.

WE GET IT. YOU LOVE GUN JESUS. Toujours des fusils Bullpup Français.
Most birds are pretty cool. gently caress geese and birds similar to them forever though.

There's a family of blue jays and cardinals around where I am; the blue jays are the most frequent(and the loudest) of the birdies. But last month I saw a fluffy little baby cardinal hop around with its parents watching from the nearby foliage. It seemed really friendly and would watch my movements wherever I went before hopping closer and chirping :3:
