Focus forums on Let's Play. Give top LPers their own subforums. Accept donations that are split between the forums and the LPers. Maybe also do a Patreon thing where people can pay to get early episodes of their favorite LPs. Have everything crumble as LPers turn into money-hungry drama queens.
