Touch screen is good for SHMUPs and there are some good SHMUPs. Otherwise no.

SM64Guy posted:touch movement is cheating and aside from that how are you gonna avoid bullets with your finger covering it. touch movement is cheating, well designed games have little blank panel on the screen for control input so you're not dragging your finger over the ship itself.
