Despite being a leftist myself, and actually having a ton of left wing opinions (fan of socialism, gender equality, most racial equality, abortion rights, pot should be legal, etc.) I actually think that gender segregation in sports is a good thing. "What the-" I can hear some of you saying now. But listen and learn, youngn's, I'm gonna school you on why I have this opinion even if its a little less than "PC". 1. Good time for men to learn social responsibility : lets face it, in a world fraught with zionist advertising sucking the soul out of everyone subjected to endless amounts of insane brain crushing advertising forcing you to desire to buy nonsense junk that you will never need, it's tough for anyone (especially those without a rich european ancestry, just real talk) to come to grips with themselves and forge an identity apart from this nonsense. sports are a good time for these young men to form fraternal bonds with one another and learn the value of putting your best foot forward. Integrating them with women at this time when they are confused and dominated by hormones, growing up, puberty and all that stuff would be tantamount to putting extra static in their brains. The glory of sports with the boys after school and shooting hoops in the park is one that causes young men and growing champions to understand who they are in relation to expended effort, do they have what it takes to become the best, did they give it their all. Ignoring , for the moment, the fact that its questionable whether women are able to feel similarly deep levels of fraternity with their fellow woman/human in general, taking this time away from men would be a shame. 2. Men are so much better at sports and any athletic endeavor that it would actually be unfair to the women. Ronda Roussey keeps saying she would fight Floyd Mayweather but the real reason it won't happen is because Floyd would likely beat her like Chris Brown did Rihanna. The level of skill, ability, and quick thinking from a man's mind when it comes to sports (or any effort which requires a high level of spacial reasoning, e.x. parallel parking, which is factually proven btw) is so out of bounds greater than a woman's that it would be unfair entirely. Additionally, integrating things like the Olympics would rob women chances of competing for their own glory. Who doesn't sit down on Monday nights and watch the new York Liberty play against the South Carolina Freedom for the chance at the WNBA crown? If they were integrated with the men this wouldn't be allowed at all. In fact one of the D&D posters that previously argued men and women's boxing should be integrated was found to enjoy beating women himself, proving that those who like that idea are insane and violent. Well let me know what you think! I only expect the highest level of discussion (and debate ) so please, no trolls.

System Metternich posted:Completely agree, op. This is what happens when you mix genders on the pitch: That is different because the referee is not playing with the boys. She's just being a referee, a decidedly less good thing to be.

Nosfereefer posted:What about racial segregation? See: white people, who famously can't jump, having to compete in jumping together with ethnic groups that do. We must encourage fraternal bonding and understanding of your fellow man through athletic endeavours regardless of race, in order to eventually create class consciousness amongst the participants who will then realize that the enemy is not the black, but the Zionist Capitalist.

For everyone else: thoughts on this? I wonder if there are a few (maybe, many?) who agree that gender segregation in sports is a good thing.

The speed he possesses, as well as natural "genetic" power ( ) will give him the ability to defeat her nearly immediately.

DONT CARE BUTTON posted:I disagree with your fundamental assumption that sports are a good thing at all. They aren't, and all sports should be banned in favor of progressive intellectual pursuits. This sounds like someone unacquainted with the benefits of manhood, who has embraced femininity and rejected masculinity due to political and social pressures.

I see there are few challenges to my assertions in the OP, guess we've reached a consensus.
