Shogun is 2 for his last 6, one of those two is now a middleweight and after that victory he too was knocked out by a middleweight. Shogun is the #7 light-heavyweight in the UFC. Ryan Bader is the contender 205 deserves.

This is even better because like twenty, thirty seconds before Bader put Teixeira on his rear end and almost won the fight and then this happened. Ryan Bader is eventually going to be the man who retires Shogun and it's going to be tragic.

The difference is Brock actually had an okay chin, it was just his reaction to getting hit that sucked. He's still the only dude Shane Carwin didn't Actually Murder when he hit him.

If you watch it you can actually see where carwin hits him with a left hook and his eyes kinda roll back for a second, but JDS reacts pretty much as well as you can to getting hit so he just resumed with his rear end beating. That's true. I always forget JDS took some shots in that fight because when I think about it all I remember is Carwin looking like someone hit him with a truck.
