I believe the actor for Amazon kinda went off the grid after Amazon. I heard an anecdote that a couple decades later, he was surprised that Kamen Rider was still running because he figured that the response to and truncation of Amazon had killed the series.

The second episode was like three unrelated episodes stuck together without any setup between them. They just introduced a monster and killed him in like the last 5 minutes of the episode.

Marvel/Sony made Spider-Man's skintight spandex costume work in movies. Take that lead, maybe add some armor pieces on top like a typical Kamen Rider suit.
