CJJ got injured pretty shortly after, and Golden Tate was hot for 6ish games. Then Johnson came back, and it was like the offense fell apart. Week 7ish of last season is the earliest complaint I could find.

Maybe her and her daughters don't want to let Ford Jr mess with the team because he was groomed by his dad, who obviously was unsuccessful. Maybe the daughters want to build a solid legacy. She seems OK for now; it's too hard to guess what's going on internally between owners and the staff.
