 You make less than $30K and have $20K in debt not counting student loans. Your mortgage payment is over 50% of your gross (not net) income. The roommates help but once someone moves out or you have -any- other expenses you're screwed.

BFC's usual "eat super cheap for the next three years to save an extra $100/mo" advice is not going to help in the long run. You need a much better job. $29K a year is not "paying well".
