I grew some habaneros how do i make them into hot sauce help

I also grew a lot of thai chilis and made the excess ones into tjai curry paste which i froze into ice cubes i highly recommend growing these they are really easy they grow more like a little herb bush than a pepper plant, you could grow one in your window if you wanted

A cursory google shows that it's pretty easy, you just have to saute the peppers/veggies first, then blend, then age. You could probably add some wood spirals to the aging vessel too. I want to try this some time, that looks like a fun project.

10 homegrown habaneros and used carrot to model it after mrs sharps, one of my fav hot sauces
