om nom nom posted:I'm a chef and love foie gras and risotto and duck confit and braised pork shoulder and purees and gastriques and burger king I'm a pretty good cook, though I definitely wouldn't do it professionally but likewise, If it's hot and fresh and not soggy some original recipe is pretty great once in a blue moon.
