Very few buisnesses need exmployees that badly that they need to hire on TV...those that do you have to wonder what makes them different then the other thousands of companies out there that find employees just fine without putting out radio and TV ads. The answer is generally they don't pay very much, are an extremely lovely place to work for or both. The military advertises that that isn't always a bad deal.
