 Under very sad circumstances, we have acquired a chunky orange cat. His owner messaged my wife out of the blue after she talked about her love of orange boys on a local buy nothing group. His new child is allergic to cats and is only getting worse as she grows up, so this guy has been stuck in a back room to stop the spread of dander for the past year or so. The guy was absolutely gutted when he dropped the cat off yesterday, but we assured him that he could come visit whenever he was in the neighborhood. His unofficial name was Big Cat, so we're going to call him Biggles.

 Biggles has made a lot of progress since we got him. Still can’t clean his own butt, but he’ll come out of the basement when we call and jump up on the couch for affection now.
