Winston Churchill was once gifted a "marmalade" orange and white cat he named Jock. He loved it so much that in his will he specified that at his Chartwell estate there should always be a similar cat, also named Jock. Here is the current iteration, who can be followed on FB at "Jock of Chartwell". He was adopted from a shelter and appears to be a very good cat.



Churchill also allegedly owned a parrot that was alive well into the 2000's that would constantly scream "gently caress Hitler" and "gently caress the nazis", but that's not an orange cat and has no place for discussion here.
