unless you used a jailbreak tool to save the SHSH blobs beforehand, and the upgrade didn't upgrade the baseband firmware to one that's incompatible with the old OS, you can't downgrade.

i too would like to downgrade ios from 9 to maybe a version where push mail still works. like any version between ios2 and ios8 seriously, how the gently caress do you completely break push mail on activesync and keep it broken over two maintenance releases. do i have mail? who loving knows! push works at random, scheduled pull doesn't run, ever, and manually checking sometimes does nothing until you pull the mailbox display down three or four times
