 On the issue of SMS, has anyone had an issue where you get only the last part of a text, and the start has been replaced with this character: Ԁ ?

I've had it from a few different folks, all on Verizon and all on iPhones. So far support has wanted to blame iMessage, but I explained (1) I previously received texts from all of them on android before switching to Fi with no such issue (2) iphones don't use iMessage to text non-iphones. It happens using 'messenger' or 'hangouts' for me. The sender sees no problem.
