I haven't ran into any of this, is it something that develops over time or are some just shipping without being properly quality checked? I've had mine for about a week or so and no problems so far. Maybe the "Ice" color I chose for the case is helping it keep from overheating.

I'm getting almost 100 for my cracked screen 5x on a trade in. Is that good or should I fix the screen first? Getting a x4 since I can't really afford a pixel right now but wanted a new phone. Every time I've called the staff it has been pretty good service. Do they service different call centers for different areas? I've never gotten anyone from overseas when I called or had them call me.
