According to the averages that's how many months of sub-freezing weather you'll be dealing with. I feel like you're missing some other costs in your calculations: You budget $40/month for propane. This seems absurdly low, even if you factor in the 4-5 months where the temperatures will be above 60F. Also you budget exactly zero dollars for repairs on the boat.
