Thanks for all the votes and compliments. A whole lot of good looking pies were made, and I'm flattered to have won against them. Using offal.. And now I must leave the NICSA and enter the stern ICSA arena.

Bumping to show off the prizes Liquid Communism bestowed upon me. Not just a book, it's a tome. And there's metric measurements too.  I've never won a medal before. I now need a giant toque, ice white jacket and a snooty French demeanor to complete the outfit.  This time of year, no other place for it.  Thanks LC. It's awesome.
