I've taken a few short cracks at FM over the years (which petered out since I uh don't follow football) but I like Out of the Park a lot and management in general so I picked up FM24 in the last sale. Started with Dusseldorf, with the intent of starting over in the Celtic League someone here made if I ever got a grip on things, but now I'm like 10 games in and starting to recognize players on the field and what they're doing and now I'm attached to my boys and am very proud of them when they do something good. Maybe I'll just wait until I get fired, which I'm sure is inevitable because if OOTP is any indication I am going to spend this organization straight into a hole in the ground by not at all understanding contract negotiations. And thank you so much for making that! I have a soft spot in my heart for Wales and Ireland especially and without any attachment to the big-money European orgs, it's nice to have something familiar I can latch onto. One thing I wondered - should I also include Wales, Scotland etc. in my new game selections, or is choosing Ireland all I need? That's wonderful info, thank you! Since I have a godly computer, I've queued up a bunch of league changes in my current game (I can't abandon my sweet Dusseldorf boys now, they're doing so well!) that will kick in next season and add a bunch of leagues to the save, and am planning to fully sim at least the top level of each nation I added. I'm hoping two star performance isn't relative to my PC's stats or something.
