The thing is, there was a period where PT was blatantly copying Contra to a weird degree. You can see a switch in the presentation of PT's vids the moment Contra gets big which lasts for a good several years. (I think it stopped anyway, I stopped watching PT a few years ago). So she does have a good point about PT copying her shtick.

I went to an anime con in, I think, 2001 and during a cosplay contest a cute girl with terrible breath wearing a maid outfit sat next to me and talked about her dungeons and dragons character at an incredible pace, nonstop for over an hour while touching and grabbing my arm and shoulder. I think I said like 20 words, total.

Later I was simultaneously upset and relieved that I was too stupid to recognize what was going on and make a move.

I bought the entirety of Bastard! on VHS at that con, which was rad.

hello. I'm probably going to permanently lose my account over this, but podima is probably not a good choice for an admin. they shouldn't even be a mod but he was well liked and spent months doing damage control so I didn't feel like stirring the pot.

on some of the games that they helped host and run, they have:

specifically designed the games so that people are forbidden from discussing for sharing concerns with one another because it "spoil the plot' and created situations where staff can't be held accountable for anything that happens. in doing so they basically go against every safety and community guideline for pretty much every modern RP community.
