Get a decent podcatcher. Most of them have a rewind by a bunch of seconds buttons. My current one is 10 seconds. Whatever I had on my iPhone was 30 seconds.

The default podcast app has those too, as does the control panel that appears if you swipe up from the bottom of the screen...
