IIRC based on what happened to Geoff Ramsay (from Achievement Hunter/RoosterTeeth Productions) they can actually kick you from your own House if you don't abide by their standards for maintaining your house. Typically these are the idiots who force you to water your lawn and have green grass in Texas instead of an economical rock garden.
