So I tore my knee up in the military about 20 years ago and about 2 years ago have been deemed 30%.

I've had two knee surgeries since then, but none in 15 years and with always having private healthcare I was a dummie and never bothered.

On Xmas eve my knee gave out and I ended up on the floor milliseconds. Since I now have a claim for my knee I figured it was time for the VA to check it out and applied for care.

I was very surprised at the care and how much better it was them my huge megacorp healthcare provider. I'm thinking about moving all my primary stuff over but I'm unsure how the billing works with non-military injury stuff. Does the VA bill your current health insurance for unrelated injuries etc?

I'm priority group 2 if that means something.
