indoor cigarette smoking is a good crime because you look really cool when you commit it and by the time the cops get there you're done smoking and have probably alrerady left on your dirtbike.

Crimes are illegal here in San Francisco but most crimers do crime secretly. I believe if you do a crime secretly, then it is a secret crime and only secret police can arrest you.
